OUR BESPOKE SAUSAGES ARE LOCALLY SOURCED AND ARE MADE FROM THE FINEST FREE RANGE AND GRASS FED MEATS, FREE FROM ADDITIVES OR GROWTH PROMOTERS AND FULLY TRACEABLE BACK TO THE FARMS THEY COME FROM. WE ALSO TAKE CARE IN CRAFTING OUR OWN LINE UP OF VEGAN SAUSAGES WHICH HAVE HAD SOME AMAZING REVIEWS FROM OUR PLANT BASED EATERS.

HOW IT ALL BEGAN.....

DAPPER DOGS HAS BEEN IN THE MAKING FOR YEARS AND HAS FINALLY GROWN FROM A CHILDHOOD DREAM, INTO A REALITY.

PAUL AND LAUREN ARE THE JOINT FOUNDERS AND MET WHILE PAUL WAS IN CHICAGO, WHERE LAUREN IS FROM, RESEARCHING VARIOUS HOT DOG BUSINESS MODELS IN 2014, WITH A PLAN TO SET UP SHOP IN AMSTERDAM (THE NETHERLANDS), WHERE HE GREW UP. THEY THEN MOVED TO THE UNITED KINGDOM, WHERE PAUL WAS BORN (LONDON, BRIXTON), ARE NOW MARRIED AND BOTH INVOLVED WITH THE BUSINESS.

PAUL STUDIED HOSPITALITY & BUSINESS MANAGEMENT, HAS BEEN A KEEN COOK SINCE THE AGE OF 13 YEARS OLD AND IS PASSIONATE ABOUT HIGH-QUALITY, CASUAL DINING EXPERIENCES. LAUREN WORKED IN NUMEROUS RESTAURANTS IN THE UNITED STATES AS A SERVER AND IS PASSIONATE ABOUT PEOPLE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.
